Nope. Actually it's one of the best 3DS games when it comes to graphics.
What I mean that they should smooth some edges.

When porting to a current gen consoles they should add some minor graphical improvements such as the smooth edges.

...Yeah probably.
Rumor says that they should be able to bring some RE5/RE6 level graphics with the MT Framework game engine. Though in Revelations it's MOBILE MT Framework, but that shouldn't be a problem.
